It is well known that normal lithium-ion batteries are not good at low-temperature environments, lithium precipitation will occur if inappropriate usage, which is very likely to have a decrease in both electric and safety performance.
In order to effectively improve this major deficiency, JYH has expended a great deal of research and development efforts, adjusted and optimized the formula of the battery cells. Through unremitting efforts, we have successfully enabled lithium iron phosphate to have excellent performance for charging and discharging at sub-zero conditions. Low temperature batteries can not only be charged below zero degrees, but the discharge capacity can reach nearly 90%.
